Trends in BPM 2010

At the Intres Congress Center in Hoevelaken on 10 June 2010 the BPM Trends event took place. BPM Trends event is the annual congress of the BPM Forum in the Netherlands and was visited by approximately 200 business process management (BPM) professionals. During this event, Systemation presented an AgilePoint customer case in cooperation with the Goudse Verzekeringen.

The presentation of the customer case which was called “BPM at the Goudse Verzekeringen” contained different aspects of the BPM implementation and the role of the AgilePoint BPM system (that was delivered by Systemation) within this process. Main focus in the implementation was the Straight Through Processing (STP) of insurance processes at Goudse Verzekeringen. The presentation session was visited by a lot of people, and afterwards interested people came by the Systemation stand wanting to know more about the solution.

At the end of the day the new BPM matrix was published by the BPM Forum. In this BPM matrix an overview can be found of the vendor of BPM solution in the Netherlands. AgilePoint once again was included in the BPM matrix.
