GT Software Accepted into the IBM SOA Specialty

With this achievement, GT Software’s Ivory Service Architect integrates with the IBM SOA Foundation, a single, integrated platform that combines the industry’s top application server and integration capabilities.

With GT Software’s Ivory Service Architect, developers can quickly and easily create and publish Web services, developing right-sized composite business services from existing mainframe assets with little or no training, and no consulting required. The solution then provides a high-performance runtime engine for executing the deployed business services.

The centerpiece of the company’s mainframe solution, GT Software’s Ivory Service Architect consists of Ivory Studio, a graphical modeling environment; and Ivory Server, a high performance SOAP processor with runtime service orchestration and WSDL repository. IBM announced an SOA Specialty in PartnerWorld for Industry Networks. The IBM SOA Specialty provides technical enablement and a skills-building roadmap for partners who want to access the growing SOA market opportunity.
